FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Prices quoted are for one-day use only. 
  • Quotes do not guarantee rental item(s) availability.
  • All charges are for time out – whether items are used or not.
  • Delivery will be made to ground level, or to a location accessible to our delivery vehicle.
  • All equipment must be returned to the original spot of delivery. Tables must be folded; chairs must be stacked or bagged to avoid a breakdown fee.
  • All equipment must be left under a tent or covered to protect equipment from weather conditions.
  • Equipment, upon return, is inspected. Clients will be responsible for any damages to equipment that cannot be attributed to normal wear and tear. 

A reservation is made and confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. A 20% deposit is required via credit or debit card. An invoice and contract will be issued and must be signed and returned for order to be processed. All rentals are on a first come first serve basis. We encourage reservations for your event to be made 10 days in advance. Full payment is required for reservations scheduled within 5 days of the event. Even if you do not know your exact guest count, it is best to reserve your equipment and then make the proper adjustments as needed.

All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Additions to your order are welcomed and are subject to availability.

Delivery charges are based on the time, location, amount of the rentals, and first floor delivery to your door or deck. If items must be transported to a specific area, i.e., upstairs, elevators or any point where extra time is involved, please contact the office for pricing. Customers are welcomed to pick up their rentals. We offer a contactless pick-up however, upon request a staff member can assist you in loading your items, but the customer is responsible for protecting their vehicle and our equipment.

Delivery hours are between 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. We prefer to deliver the night before your event and pick up the day after. Deliveries/ pickups can be rescheduled, depending on inclement weather or workload.

All tables and chairs must be folded, bagged, stacked, and returned to the original spot of delivery.

Equipment safety is solely the customer’s responsibility from the time of delivery to pick up. Customers are liable for any damage to or loss of equipment, while in their possession. A replacement cost will be assessed in the event there is damaged or missing equipment.
